Changing E-Mail Question - Guild Wars Forums

When I go to change e-mails it says confirmations will be sent to both e-mails or something around that. My question is that if it requires you to accept that you want to change emails on both or just the old e-mail or do you just need new confirmation from the new one. I know you can't change e-mails if it's hooked up to NCSoft or something with them. But what if you forgot your old e-mails info *password, questions, etc.* Does that mean you can't change it to your new e-mail?

Send a e-mail to anet about it if youve forgot. Usually they want both but if you can prove the account is yours they should change it for you.

You just need to accept from one of the email addresses.

It's just a precaution in case someone is hacking your account.

You need to email A-Net about it if you "forget" your information so they can confirm it is your account.
